The conversation with our HR manager is of an informal nature and allows us to get to know each other better. We will talk about your resume, experiences, your ambitions and plans for the future. This is the most important and challenging step. Through the interview, our professional staff will have the opportunity to verify your knowledge from various domains that are relevant to the position for which you applied. What we want to see is your way of thinking and approach to problem solving. Above all, we value the depth of knowledge, an essential understanding of how something really works, not just how it is used. Also, in this conversation you can ask everything you are interested in about the technologies used, the technical details of the projects and the like.
Congratulations! The last step in the selection process is a conversation with the company's senior management.
